Not all my contacts are showing on the server
Some phones store the contacts on the SIM card, instead of the phone. We don’t have access to these contacts. There will be an option within the phonebook on the mobile phone to copy contacts from SIM to phone. Do this and then choose the upload contacts option on your phone within the C-CallerID application to refresh your contacts on the server.
